I was successful in the ballot – do I need to book tickets?

Yes. If you were successful in the ballot, please follow the instructions in your email to claim your tickets. Tickets can only be booked for the Celebration Zone indicated in your email and are not confirmed until booked via Ticketek. Ballot winners have until 11:59pm Sunday 19 December to claim their tickets.

Will more tickets be released?

Yes. If you missed out in the ticket ballot, any unclaimed tickets will be released via Ticketek at 11am Monday 20 December. These tickets will be available for anyone to book on a first-in basis.

No tickets will be available at the door.

How many tickets can I book?

There is a limit of 8 tickets per booking. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Do I need to book a carer’s or accessible ticket?

All tickets are free, there is no requirement to book a separate carer’s ticket. Simply book a ticket for each person attending (limit of 8 per booking).

My plans have changed – can I return my tickets?

If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know so we can return your tickets for others to enjoy. Tickets can be returned automatically by completing this form. Please note, all returns are final.

How do I find my tickets?

Tickets will be delivered via SMS or email from Ticketek at the time of booking. How to access your Ticketek tickets.

What time do I need to arrive?

Celebration Zones open at 6:00pm. Entry is open all evening, but may be subject to capacity restrictions after 9:30pm.
